Placing of an order
We require payment in full when an order is placed. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any bank, credit card or overdrawn fees that may be incurred for any transaction. From time to time specifications of print jobs may change. It is up to the customer to check for current specifications when ordering or re-ordering print jobs.
DR Print Pty Ltd will not be liable for printing errors if customers do not check current specifications. We accept CD’s, USB , email or any other method of supplying artwork.
Approval of an order
All orders will receive a soft (PDF) or hard copy proof for approval prior to scheduling printing. In regard to supplied or designed artwork, it is the customers responsibility to check that all aspects of the artwork are correct, including spelling and grammar. Printing cannot commence until a proof has been approved for printing. Prior to approval an Order cannot be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee. Once an order is approved, no changes can be made to the order and it is not possible to cancel the order.
All communication regarding orders placed will only be done via email. We also offer telephone communication in regard to orders placed.
Cancellation of an order
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled under any way circumstances without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellation or alteration order fee is 10% of the value of the print job. Minimum fee will be $50 + GST plus any costs on graphic design/plates/proofs if applicable.
Payment shall be COD unless otherwise stated in writing.
Method of payment
Payment for the Order is to be made by the customer by cash, cheque credit or any other form of payment as agreed by the printer and the customer. Unless otherwise stated, all payment shall be in Australian Dollars.
The printer may charge interest at the Interest Rate on amounts not paid within the time specified on the invoice.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure that all electronic files supplied comply with DR Print file specifications requirements and that the files supplied are correct and able to be printed as soon as they are supplied.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any graphic material supplied for printing do not breach relevant copyright legislation. DR Print accepts no responsibility for any copyright issues. Artwork supplied incomplete will require a re-quotation and the print price shown for the product will not apply. Although we try our best to achieve best possible colour matching, due to the print process colour variations will occur from reprint to reprint.
If your are not sure about your colour output, you can order a hard copy high resolution for a close indication of how colours will look like.

(a) Copyright in all artistic and literary works authored by the printer shall be the property of the printer.
(b) The customer:
(i) warrants that the customer has copyright in or a licence to authorise the printer to reproduce, all artistic and literary works supplied by the customer to the printer for the purposes of the Order and the customer hereby expressly authorises the printer to reproduce all and any of such works for the purposes aforesaid;
(ii) hereby indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified the printer against all liability, losses or expenses incurred by the printer in relation to or in any way directly or indirectly connected with any breach of copyright or of any rights in relation to copyright in such literary and artistic works supplied as aforesaid; and
(c) The customer is hereby granted a non-exclusive licence to use the copyright in any literary and/or artistic works authored by the printer for the purposes of the Order. However the exercise of such licence shall be conditional upon the printer having received all monies due to the printer under these Terms and Conditions.
